TLC Plumbing Heating Cooling Electrical

Within an hour of calling I had a technician (Ryan Clark) in my home and diagnosing the issue with my furnace. After finding the issue, he very efficiently replaced the faulty part and even improved the bracket being used to hold said part to the fixture. After he was done he tested the system and made sure it was working before very cheerfully concluding our business. Ryan was very friendly, fast and efficient in the diagnosis and repair process and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing, even taking the time to explain what the issue was and how he went about the repair. Great guy and amazing service all around.

We just got our swamp cooler replaced with HVAC and the process was so easy. They sent a team of people, all specialized in their specific area of expertise and explained everything along the way. Joseph Griego was our electrical guy and he helped explain other issues and solutions with our system very thoroughly. I also loved that our sales person was part of the install team and was with us from beginning to end (Michael Simms). Would strongly recommend TLC for anyone looking for a great customer experience, install, and price.

Our heat went out last night and it was very cold. Ryan Clark to the rescue. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue and had our heat back in short order. In addition to the repair he also shared information about filter ratings that will help us safeguard our heater going forward. We discovered our toilets would not flush at 9:00pm on a Saturday night. We called TLC and their technician, Ryan Zuni arrived around 11:30. Ryan worked until 1:00am to clear the sewer line from the house to the mainline and diagnose the issue. He discovered a fiber optic line had been drilled through our sewer line. He located the contractor and made the arrangements for repair to happen the next day. It would have been a huge effort for me to track down who the contractor is - I would have had to take time from work! Ryan made the best case scenario happen. Really appreciate his skills and effort!

The best service ever! Called them today and they came today, on time. The service was superior, they know their stuff. Fast and reliable. Whenever I need Plumbing these are the ones to go to and they are really reasonable in pricing. Nowadays calling companies for service can be a crap shoot but they are the real deal.
